Customized running plans

Are you running a marathon or half-marathon? A 5K or 10K? Do you just want to run for the fun? As a Personal Trainer and RRCA Certified Run Coach, we can tailor your running program to help you meet your goals and keep you injury-free. Wherever you are in your fitness, we’ll work as a team to get you where you want to be. Both packages require a 3-month commitment, due upon starting. After first 3 months, payment is due on the first of the month.

Standard 1:1

For the athlete with clear goals for their race, whether it’s a marathon, half-marathon or just wants to put a run plan to their progress. This packages includes:

  • Introductory meeting: your history, evaluation & goal setting

  • A personalized training plan

  • Guidance and direct referrals with running nutrition

  • Guidance in strength training, warm ups and stretching and pacing

  • Weekly check-in support via Final Surge

  • Race day planning meeting

Premium 1:1

$250/month
For the athlete prepping for their next event and wants more 1:1 time. Perfect for the “just for fun” runner who’s learning about or wants to improve in the sport, craves a more balanced approach to fitness or who often finds themselves injured. This package includes:

  • Introductory meeting: your history, evaluation & goal setting

  • A personalized training plan

  • Guidance and direct referrals with running nutrition

  • Guidance in strength training, warm ups and stretching and pacing

  • Unlimited support via Final Surge

  • Video chatting or phone support, if requested

  • Race day planning meeting

NEW! More Resilient Runner

$300/month
For the runner who needs a more detailed and customized strength training and plyometrics program to complement their running plan. This package includes the aforementioned features with weekly check-ins via Final Surge.
